Kopaga Foods started with a sole thought to promote the rich and diverse foods of the Konkan belt in Maharashtra.
Being an engineer by profession, my roots have always been in Chiplun, my motherland. One morning, while enjoying my favorite breakfast, Amboli a traditional Konkan-style dosa made with a blend of multiple healthy ingredients—I realized how much I wanted to share these flavors with the world.
A Passion That Became a Purpose
What started as something small—serving Konkan-based foods to friends and family in Mumbai—soon turned into something much bigger. Everyone loved the taste and kept asking for more, making it clear that I had to take this further.
That’s how KoPaGa Foods was born Konkan-based foods by Patwardhan-Gadgil.

With the help of my husband, Srujan Gadgil, I started reaching out to farmers and manufacturers along the Konkan belt to collaborate with, aiming to bring the true essence of Konkan’s food to people across India. The story of Konkan is not just about its beautiful coastline; it’s about the food it brings to the table. From traditional recipes passed down through generations to farm-fresh ingredients, every product at Kopaga represents this cultural richness.
