KoPaGa Foods aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

KoPaGa Foods does not accept returns or refunds. However, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Customers must provide order details and clear product images for approval.
• Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
• Once an exchange is approved, a replacement will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.

Note: If an order is delayed or canceled due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, only the product’s value will be adjusted for exchange—shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their order before dispatch by contacting customer service or canceling directly on the website.
• Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
• If KoPaGa Foods detects any fraudulent transactions or violations of terms, it reserves the right to cancel such orders.
• Customers with a history of fraudulent transactions may be blacklisted and denied future access.
